Driven by a love for development projects, Elisa McMahon brings with her a rare skill set within the real estate industry. Following the completion of a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Marketing Elisa transferred her skills to sales following the attainment of her full real estate licence.
Elisa’s first job was working for the well-known and highly-respected property developer Lang Walker. She quickly realised that she loved working with developers who were looking to reshape previously unused areas, turning them into favoured destinations for locals and residents.
For Elisa, there is nothing better than helping a visionary make their dreams a reality and create positive outcomes for members of the community at the same time. Elisa now boasts an extensive portfolio within the development sector having worked for developers such as Walker Corporation, Property Solutions and the Anthony John Group, who created the Emporium Hotel.
Elisa is able to understand a developer’s needs and provide a bespoke strategy to exceed their expectations. She loves to build solid relationships and enjoys working with people in helping them achieve their objectives whether it’s a client buying a new home or helping a developer launch their new project.
“There is nothing more satisfying than knowing you have contributed to the ever-changing skyline of Brisbane,” she says.
Elisa thrives when set a challenge, never shying away from major projects. She has been exposed to a range of sectors within the real estate industry including residential, commercial and development, which demonstrates her ability to adapt to any sector.
As an avid property investor herself, Elisa has a deep understanding of the real estate industry and brings a love for the Brisbane market. She is now a valued member of the Ray White Spring Hill team and specialises in apartments within 5km of the CBD in key areas such as Hamilton, West End and Newstead where major infrastructure is being delivered.
